Unifiedcomms is looking for motivated and curious individuals to join us as Support Engineer. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or those with a basic understanding of IT systems who are excited to learn and grow in a real-world tech environment.

You'll be part of a supportive technical operations team, where you'll gain practical experience in system support, and customer interaction—all while being guided by experienced professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Provide post-sales technical support, including scheduled 24x7 standby rotations.
  • Monitor, update and maintain Trouble Ticketing Report system.
  • Help with basic system administration tasks like backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Support demo setup and testing.
  • Prepare documents for training, user manual and user acceptance test cases
  • Generate simple reports for customer and internal use.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Engineering, or relevant certification in a related field.
  • Understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
  • Willingness to learn, solve problems, and work in a team.
  • No prior work experience needed - just a good attitude, a good interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to grow

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Required)

  • Familiarity with hardware (servers, routers, switches).
  • Basic exposure to scripting, firewalls, or cloud services.
