Job Description:
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas pentadbiran harian seperti penyediaan dokumen, fail dan surat-menyurat.
- Menyediakan dan mengemaskini payroll/gaji pekerja setiap bulan.
- Mengurus dan memantau insurans syarikat serta memastikan dokumen berkaitan sentiasa dikemas kini.
- Mengurus urusan berkaitan lesen perniagaan, CIDB, SSM, dan permit syarikat.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma dalam bidang pentadbiran, akaun atau bidang berkaitan.
- Berpengalaman dalam kerja pentadbiran atau HR.
- Membantu pengiraan OT para pekerja yang di site (pengalaman urus payroll satu kelebihan).
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Mempunyai ketelitian tinggi dan boleh bekerja berdikari.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dan mengurus dokumen rasmi dengan teratur.
- Calon yang boleh mula kerja segera digalakkan memohon.
