RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist the Chef De Partie in producing high quality of food. You are also to support him in managing kitchen operations according to the Standard Operation Procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years' experience in the same or similar capacity in the hotel industry
- Possess a Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality Management or Equivalent
- Able to communicate in spoken and written English
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Able to work shifts including night shifts
- Good inter-personal and communications skills and able to work well with others
- Position open only to Malaysians
