We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Optical Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in choosing eyewear, provide excellent service, and support the store's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Help customers select frames, lenses, and other optical products to suit their needs.
  • Provide advice on product features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

2. Sales and Product Promotion:

  • Meet individual and team sales goals by recommending suitable products and upgrades.
  • Actively promote special offers, new arrivals, and premium products.
  • Process payments and issue accurate receipts.

3. Technical Support (Training Provided):

  • Adjust and fit glasses to ensure comfort and functionality.
  • Assist customers in understanding their optical prescriptions.

4. Store Operations:

  • Maintain organized and attractive product displays.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed.
  • Assist with stock management and participate in inventory counts.
  • Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times.

5. Teamwork and Development:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge of products and customer service techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (optical experience is advantageous).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping customers and delivering a great experience.
  • Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions and inventory.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
