Event Operations

We're looking for an experienced Event Operations team member to support the planning and execution of small-scale events and roadshows. This hands-on, on-ground role works closely with vendors, clients and event crews to ensure smooth operations, while gaining exposure working alongside the Pandu Pandu media team on real-world activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support small-scale events and roadshows
- Liaise with vendors, clients and event crews on event requirements
- Supervise event setup and teardown (carpets, tables, chairs, plug points, signage, etc)
- Conduct site recce and prepare basic reports (photos + notes)
- Ensure all event SOPs, safety standards and mall/venue requirements are followed
- Manage event inventory, logistics and storage
- Coordinate transport, loading and unloading of event materials
- Maintain storage cleanliness and update inventory records
- Ensure all event assets are maintained, tracked and accounted for
- Drive or guide cars during events
- Brief and coordinate part-time staff or event crews
- Provide on-site support and assist in solving operational issues
- Act as the main on-site contact during events when required
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in event coordination or on-ground events
- Organised, responsible and willing to be hands-on
- Comfortable working on-site, including some evenings or weekends
- Able to communicate clearly
- Must possess a valid Class D (car) driving licence
