Tanggungjawab Kerja:

  • Melaksanakan tugas pentadbiran dan kerani harian
  • Mengendalikan peralatan pejabat (pencetak, pengimbas, fotokopi)
  • Menjawab dan menyambungkan panggilan telefon serta memberi maklumat
  • Menyediakan, menyusun dan menyimpan dokumen dengan teratur
  • Mengemaskini dan menyenggara data/rekod dalam sistem
  • Menjadualkan temu janji dan membantu penyelarasan kerja pejabat
  • Menyediakan dokumen sokongan untuk urusan syarikat
  • Memberi bantuan pentadbiran kepada jabatan lain
  • Melaksanakan tugas tambahan seperti diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan

Syarat Kelayakan:

  • Minimum SPM atau kelayakan setaraf
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Celik komputer & boleh menggunakan internet
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik
  • Rajin, bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja dalam pasukan
  • Calon tanpa pengalaman digalakkan memohon
