Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise overall project operations and construction activities to achieve project objectives and targets.
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team to ensure timely and successful completion of construction projects, covering areas such as budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and progress tracking.
  • Serve as the key liaison with authorities, consultants, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth execution and uphold project standards.
  • Provide strategic input and analysis for feasibility studies, cost estimates, and other aspects of construction management to support decision-making.
  • Conduct routine site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with timelines.
  • Oversee the preparation of construction plans, cost controls, and work sequencing, particularly for high-rise developments.
  • Direct and guide project staff to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within allocated budgets.
  • Evaluate reports submitted by project team members and make necessary adjustments to plans or schedules.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property development, including construction and project management roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity, with proven ability to lead teams across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Background in Civil and Structural Engineering would be an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of construction management practices, contract administration, and budgeting processes.
  • Familiar with relevant statutory, regulatory, and industry requirements in the property sector.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities confidently.
