Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Candidate Screening

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, initial phone/video interviews, and candidate evaluation
  • Maintain and update the candidate talent pool, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of recruitment data
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain effective communication with hiring departments

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate social responsibility programs and activities
  • Participate in community, campus, and social partnership initiatives to enhance employer branding
  • Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to CSR projects

University Collaboration and Campus Recruitment

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with universities, faculties, and career service centers
  • Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment activities (career talks, job fairs, internship programs, etc.)
  • Assist in developing internship and graduate talent pipelines to improve candidate quality

Other HR Support

  • Assist with daily HR administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above; major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes with strong candidate assessment and communication skills
  • Interest or experience in CSR initiatives and campus recruitment is a plus
  • Strong communication, coordination, and sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
