Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Candidate Screening
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, initial phone/video interviews, and candidate evaluation
- Maintain and update the candidate talent pool, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of recruitment data
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain effective communication with hiring departments
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Support the planning and execution of corporate social responsibility programs and activities
- Participate in community, campus, and social partnership initiatives to enhance employer branding
- Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to CSR projects
University Collaboration and Campus Recruitment
- Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with universities, faculties, and career service centers
- Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment activities (career talks, job fairs, internship programs, etc.)
- Assist in developing internship and graduate talent pipelines to improve candidate quality
Other HR Support
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred
- Familiarity with recruitment processes with strong candidate assessment and communication skills
- Interest or experience in CSR initiatives and campus recruitment is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
