About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join the dynamic team in the fast-food industry, committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing & hands-on the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. What you'll be doing

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling
• Actively participate in merchandising and visual displays to enhance the store's appearance and appeal
• Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
• Contribute to the development and execution of store-level business plans and initiatives
• Provide coaching and training to the staff to develop their skills and support their career growth

What we're looking for

• A degree in any field (Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields preferred).
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and data analysis
• Passion for the food and beverage industry and a drive to contribute to the success of the business
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
