Job Purpose

To assist and support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations, administrative tasks, and people-related initiatives. This position provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and practical experience in real-world human resource management practices.

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of human resource principles and employment practices is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Support recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
  • Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and basic data analysis (e.g. attendance, leave, training records).
  • Support payroll preparation by assisting with attendance and employee information verification.
  • Support compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential employee information.
