Job Responsibility:

  1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening, closing

  2. Ensure outlet cleanliness, food hygiene, and compliance with company standards.

  3. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of stock to avoid shortages or wastage.

  4. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service to customers

  5. Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

  6. Drive sales through product knowledge, suggestion selling, and promotions

  7. Monitor daily sales and provide feedback to the manager on performance and opportunities

  8. Ensure accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and cash reconciliation at the end of the shift

Requirement:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in F&B or retail, with supervisory responsibilities.

  2. Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.

  3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems.

  5. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
