About the role:

As a Front Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You'll oversee the Front of House team, ensuring smooth operations, attentive service, and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Supervise daily Front of House operations, ensuring smooth coordination among servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for efficient service delivery.
• Team Leadership & Scheduling: Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff; plan and manage rosters to ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
• Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and professional service; promptly address inquiries or complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
• Quality & Presentation: Oversee service standards, including table setup and presentation, ensuring the dining experience aligns with the restaurant's brand expectations.
• Hygiene, Safety & Inventory: Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the front area; assist in monitoring stock levels and minimizing wastage where applicable.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports on staff performance and Front of House operations; maintain clear communication with management and team members.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Support management in implementing operational improvements, promotions, or initiatives to enhance service quality and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing both service and kitchen operations.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen best practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in Taiwanese or Asian cuisine will be an added advantage.

Our client is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing both front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, consistent food quality, high hygiene standards, and smooth operational efficiency in a fast-paced dining environment.
