Position: Front of House (Service Crew)

Location: Seapark

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable FOH staff to join our Japanese izakaya team. If you enjoy talking to people, working in a fast-paced environment, and learning about Japanese food & drinks, this is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat customers with good hospitality

  • Take orders accurately (training provided)

  • Serve food & drinks according to service standards

  • Clear tables and reset for next guests

  • Handle bill payments and basic POS operations

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area

  • Assist with drink preparation (highballs, tea, simple mixes)

  • Communicate closely with kitchen and bar for smooth service

  • Follow safety, hygiene, and service SOP

Requirements

  • FOH/service experience or basic hospitality certification preferred

  • Food Handler Certificate is a plus (can get after joining)

  • Friendly personality & positive attitude

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to work nights, weekends, and PH

  • Team player, fast learner, reliable

Working Hours

  • 5.5 days per week

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: RM 2200 – RM 2600
