Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and timely delivery. 
  • Operate and maintain CNC machines, troubleshooting any issues to maintain optimal performance. 
  • Supervise and guide foreign workers, providing training and support to ensure smooth workflow. 
  • Work closely with design teams to ensure production aligns with creative briefs and meets quality standards. 
  • Establish and maintain best practices in production, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. 
  • Track raw material and consumable inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to prevent shortages. 
  • Lead and inspire the production team, fostering a high-performance culture to enhance overall productivity. 
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline production processes and reduce costs.
