Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and support a team of trainers to achieve training objectives and KPIs.
  • Plan and organize training schedules, materials, and resources.
  • Conduct training sessions when required (e.g., onboarding, soft skills, product knowledge).
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to identify training needs.
  • Review training reports and ensure timely submission of documentation.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations for trainers.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with training standards and company policies.
  • Assist in developing new training modules and materials when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital training platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
