Principal Accountability

Responsible for managing the company's financial resources to ensure adequate liquidity, mitigate financial risks, and support the overall business strategy.

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Flow Forecasting – Prepare accurate short- and long-term cash flow projections to anticipate potential cash shortages or surpluses.
  • Daily Cash Management – Oversee daily cash positioning, reconciliation, and fund management across multiple bank accounts.
  • Working Capital Management – Optimize current assets and liabilities, including accounts receivable and payable, to enhance cash efficiency.
  • Debt & Equity Financing – Develop and execute strategies for raising capital through debt or equity instruments.
  • Banking Relationships – Manage and negotiate with banks and financial institutions on credit facilities, services, and fee structures.
  • Financial Reporting – Prepare timely and accurate reports on cash flow, liquidity, investments, and risk exposures for management and regulators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in treasury, finance, or accounting functions.
  • Prior exposure to the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
