Your new role

  • As a Compliance Manager, you will develop and monitor controls, enforce SOPs across outlets, and ensure alignment with Malaysian regulations and industry standards.
  • You will advise management on compliance risks, collaborate with legal teams, and deliver strategic reports and action plans.
  • You will also partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure consistent enforcement and governance across the organisation.
  • You will manage complaint handling, conduct root cause analysis, and drive improvements in customer experience and internal communications.
  • You will be responsible for promoting compliance awareness, trend analysis, and organisational learning to strengthen the governance culture.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A Malaysian
    with a minimum of 6 years in compliance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing compliance within a publicly listed company or during the process of preparing a company for listing on Bursa Malaysia.
  • Proven track record in ensuring business conduct aligns with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Expertise in compliance frameworks across finance, legal, and HR functions.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
