Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow and service excellence.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front- and back-of-house teams to work independently and achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Maintain product quality and hygiene in line with regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, cost control, and supplier performance to optimize resources.
  • Build strong customer relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Support management in business growth strategies and operational enhancement.
  • Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help employees to improve their performance.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial management as it relates to operations, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margin management.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs.
  • Strong commitment to quality and operational excellence, with a focus on achieving results and meeting KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
