Inventory cum Sales Account Assistant

1 Inventory & Stock Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system, including stock in/out, adjustments, and returns.
  • Monitor daily stock movement and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is applied.
  • Assist in conducting physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Perform all stock related duties

2 Sales Order Processing

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders via email, WhatsApp, phone, or system.
  • Prepare and issue Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices accurately.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
  • Track order status and follow up on pending deliveries.

3 Accounts Payable (AP) – Supplier Payments Support

  • Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
  • Prepare payment schedules and summaries for management approval.
  • Assist in processing supplier payments and maintain proper AP records.

4 Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain proper filing of inventory, sales, and accounting documents (PO, SO, DO, invoices, credit notes, payment records).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review (sales, stock, AR/AP).

5 Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with production team on order planning and stock requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics / transport team for delivery arrangements.
  • Communicate with purchasing and store teams regarding stock levels and shortages.
  • Support Finance and Sales teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Suitable Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in inventory control, sales administration, or accounts support preferred
  • Familiar with FIFO, stock documentation, and basic AR/AP processes
  • Good Excel skills; experience with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Must be Fluent in Mandarin & English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
