Account Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting and following up past due accounts fo collections when needed.
- Assist the team especially AP (PS, PSV Lab, Paisley & VM) in timely payment.
- Contact client via phone, email, and letters to collect outstanding payments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving collection process and reducing outstanding balances.
- Sorting and filling document for PSV.
- Administrative activities including Administaration files & records.
- Any ad hoc assignment assigns by a superior or management.
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Account/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Can start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
