Product Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

  • Coordinate with technical, data and trading teams on the smooth running of the product and platform

  • Monitor and report on key financial KPIs — turnover, hold, margin, bet count, and latency

  • Set KPIs for the operations team and track their individual and collective performance. Lead and mentor operations support teams.

  • Identify and respond to irregularities, limit exposure, and ensure proper escalation of suspicious activity.

  • Manage calendars and schedules of the operations team to ensure round the clock coverage

  • Ensure product competitiveness through benchmarking and market analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with senior management, finance, and technology departments to align operations with business strategy.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in operations management.
  • Experience managing operations or coordinating between product, data, and compliance teams.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English required, with Cantonese and Mandarin beneficial

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferrable
  • Passion for sports, data analytics, and emerging trends in sports.
