Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide front-desk support, handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients and employees with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, including all front-desk supplies and brochures
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with internal departments for schedules
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and document preparation
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in compliance with company security protocols
- Provide support for internal teams with scheduling, event coordination or travel arrangements
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2, RM2,854.38 per month
