We're building a modern, data-driven Talent Acquisition function that goes beyond reactive hiring. This role sits at the heart of that transformation.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Talent Sourcing Manager to own and lead DayOne's global sourcing strategy and top-of-funnel capability.

This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for how we identify, map, engage, and pipeline talent globally — today and for future growth. You'll lead a global sourcing team, partner closely with recruiters and business leaders, and provide the market intelligence needed to make confident hiring and location decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Own DayOne's global sourcing strategy, aligned to hiring priorities and workforce plans
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global sourcing team
  • Ensure strong top-of-funnel alignment across regions, roles, and hiring plans
  • Build and manage proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-hire roles
  • Lead market mapping, addressable market analysis, and labour market insights
  • Provide clear, actionable talent intelligence to TA leadership and the business
  • Own and optimise sourcing channels, referrals, and talent communities
  • Explore, evaluate, and scale sourcing tools and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions
  • Partner closely with recruiters, TA leaders, and hiring managers as a trusted advisor
  • Track and improve sourcing effectiveness through data, insights, and continuous improvement

Essential
What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading talent sourcing at a regional or global level
  • Strong background in proactive sourcing, pipeline building, and market mapping
  • Experience managing and developing sourcing teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-growth, complex, or technical hiring environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight
  • Confident stakeholder manager who can influence at senior levels

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or scaling a sourcing centre of excellence
  • Exposure to AI-driven sourcing or talent intelligence tools
  • Experience working across APAC, EMEA, or global labour markets
