We are looking for a responsible and well-organized to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle general administrative tasks, maintain documentation, customer support, assist in coordinating office activities, and provide support to management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.


Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out general admin duties and courier task.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Managing all office orders on regular basis.
  • Manage phone calls, support in general issue including customer service.
  • Schedule appropriate meeting times and booking rooms.
  • Manage reception area and looks after visitors.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Issue invoices and bills and sent to customers through various channels.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.
  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
  • Provide administration support and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, BSc/BA in office administration or similar relevant field.
  • At least Two (2) years working experiences in related field, fresh grad are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Preferred candidate who fluent in Mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Good practical common sense.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of the team.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
