Customer Segment Proposition Specialist

How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather insights, identify opportunities, and develop targeted propositions that meet the needs of specific customer segments. You'll need to be able to balance business objectives with customer needs, and collaborate with teams to bring propositions to life.
What you do
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends
- Develop customer segment propositions that meet business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver propositions
- Work with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on propositions
- Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of propositions and identify areas for improvement
Who you are
- A degree in Business, Management, or Analytics related field
- 0-3 years of experience in banking, business management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
