Courier Station Operations Senior Executive

As a Courier Station Operations Senior Executive, you will oversee the daily operations and service standards of our parcel stations in the designated region. You'll ensure smooth station workflows, uphold operational compliance, and drive improvements in customer-service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of all assigned parcel stations, including service delivery, station upkeep and issue resolution.
- Conduct training on standard operational procedures for station teams to achieve required operational benchmarks.
- Ensure all stations meet licensing, safety, compliance and operational standards.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and service quality at the stations you manage.
- Diploma or higher qualification with relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and customer-service mindset, with strong execution capability.
- Strong adaptability and resilience, able to navigate and deliver results in complex operational scenarios.
- Minimum 2 years' management experience in station or outlet operations (for example: parcel stations, convenience outlets, retail chain stores).
- Able to work under pressure and travel frequently
