We're Hiring: Civil Technician- Immediate Hiring

Job Type: 1 Year (contract)

Location: Johor and Penang

Job Description:-

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on civil structures (walls, flooring, ceiling, etc.)

- Carry out minor repair works such as patching, painting, tiling, and plastering

- Support in the upkeep of building finishes and structures to ensure safety and aesthetics- Respond promptly to civil- related work requests or breakdowns

- Assist in coordinating with contractors for specialized repairs

- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and facility regulations

- Maintain proper records of tasks completed and materials used

Requirements:

Plumbing System - Intermediate

Civil - Intermediate

Mechanical - Basic

Electrical - Basic

Civil - Basic

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
