Job Responsibilities岗位职责:-

  1. Responsible for comprehensive project control, including initiation, planning,execution, monitoring, and delivery.负责项目的全面管理,包括立项、规划、执行、监控和交付。
  2. Develop project WBS, Gantt charts, and risk management plans to ensure theproject is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards (incompliance with AS9100/NADCAP, etc.).制定项目工作分解结构(WBS)、甘特图及风险管理计划,确保项目按时、按预算完成并符合质量标准(符合AS9100/NADCAP等要求)。
  3. Coordinate with R&D, production, procurement, quality and otherdepartments, to resolve project bottlenecks (e.g., technical changes, supplychain delays) and ensure timely delivery.与研发、生产、采购、质量等部门协调合作,解决项目瓶颈问题(如技术变更、供应链延迟),确保项目按时交付。
  4. Manage interfaces with external customers and suppliers to ensure clearcommunication of requirements (e.g., airworthiness documents, specialprocess acceptance, etc.).管理与外部客户和供应商的接口,确保需求(如适航文件、特殊工艺验收等)沟通清晰。
  5. Monitor project costs (materials, labor, outsourcing, etc.), optimize resourceutilization efficiency, and achieve gross margin targets.监控项目成本(材料、人工、外包等),优化资源使用效率,实现毛利目标。
  6. Lead project milestone reviews to ensure deliverables meet customer contractrequirements (e.g., FAA/EASA certification documents).主导项目关键节点评审,确保交付物符合客户合同要求(如FAA/EASA认证文件)。
  7. Identify project risks (e.g., technical feasibility, capacity bottlenecks) anddevelop contingency plans.识别项目风险(如技术可行性、产能瓶颈),并制定应对措施。
  8. Ensure project processes comply with aviation industry regulations (e.g.,CCAR-25, DO-178C) and customer-specific requirements.确保项目流程符合航空行业法规(如CCAR-25、DO-178C)及客户的特定要求。
  9. Act as the primary liaison with the customer, provide regular project progressupdates, and enhance customer satisfaction.担任客户的主要联络人,定期提供项目进展更新,提升客户满意度。

    10.Organize project closure reviews and develop a knowledge base of lessonslearned.组织项目收尾评审,建立项目经验教训知识库。

Job Requirements任职要求:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, MechanicalManufacturing, Project Management, or related fields.航空航天工程、机械制造、项目管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. PMP/Prince2 certification or project management training in the aviationindustry is preferred.持有PMP/Prince2认证或接受过航空行业项目管理培训者优先。

3. Over 5 years of project management experience in the aviation, defense, orhigh-end equipment manufacturing industries, with independent leadership offull project deliveries.拥有5年以上航空、国防或高端装备制造行业的项目管理经验,并能独立领导完整项目交付

4. Familiarity with aviation product development processes (e.g., ARP4754,APQP) or airworthiness certification procedures is preferred.熟悉航空产品开发流程(如ARP4754、APQP)或适航认证流程者优先。

5. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Primavera, etc.)and data analysis (Excel, Power BI).熟练使用项目管理工具(如MS Project、JIRA、Primavera等)及数据分析工具(如Excel、Power BI)。

6. Possess a technical background (e.g., machining/composite/avionics) with theability to quickly understand engineering issues.具备技术背景(如机械加工/复合材料/航电),能快速理解工程问题。

7. Able to use Mandarin & English as a working language (capable of writingEnglish/Mandarin reports) and participating in international client meetings.能够以中英文作为工作语言(可撰写中英文报告)并参与国际客户会议。

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM2, RM7,000.00 per month
