【Position】: HR Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
【Current Location】: PV128, Jalan Genting Klang, 53300 Setapak, KL
【Working Days】: Monday to Friday (9:30am – 6:30pm), 5 days work week
【Salary】: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 (depending on experience)
【Responsibilities】
- Assist in preparing disciplinary letters (show cause, warning, suspension, termination)
- To assist admin in developing and maintaining job descriptions, expectations and other employee details.
- To provide orientation for new and transferred employees and to assist them in adapting to the work environment as well as understanding the company's guidelines.
- To maintain office stationaries and equipment.
- Data entry and record up-dating.
- Assist in day-to-day administration task.
- To assist in ad-hoc duties that are assigned by Superior from time to time
【Requirements】
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Google Drive & Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955.
