Job Description

  • HR Management: Oversee Staff management, payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and manage accurate HR records using information systems and ensure proper documentation in both digital and physical formats.
  • Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, participation, offering, appointment letters, onboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Benefits Management: Assist in managing staff benefits like insurance and pantry supplies.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Logistic / Warehouse sector with substantial experience in foreign worker.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Spreadsheet.
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act/Legislation/Labour laws.
  • Mandarin / Chinese speaker will be added advantage as we have Chinese staff.
  • Experience with HRMS is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
