Role Description

The HR Executive (Contract) supports day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and basic payroll coordination. The role ensures smooth HR processes, maintains accurate records, assists employees with queries, and supports HR projects and compliance activities. This is an on-site role located in Nilai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding processes and prepare HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
  • Assist with leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employment regulations, and HR documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
