Responsibilities

  1. Quality Control & Testing

Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.

Perform root cause analysis on defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Develop, maintain, and implement testing protocols, methodologies, and inspection criteria.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

  1. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, REACH, RoHS, and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and inspection reports.

Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary reports and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

  1. Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving

Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Participate in failure analysis, risk assessment, and process validation activities.

Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  1. Supplier & Customer Quality Management

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet company specifications and quality standards.

Address customer complaints related to product quality, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.

Develop and maintain supplier quality control procedures, including supplier audits and assessments.

  1. Training & Team Collaboration

Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Foster a culture of quality awareness within the organization.

Collaborate with R&D, production, and compliance teams to ensure product development aligns with quality requirements.

Qualifications

Well verse in FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP and other food product related certifications.

Language Requirements:

Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
