We are expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our retail leadership team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily outlet operations including staff management, scheduling, display, and stock control
  • Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure outlet targets and sales promotions are well-executed
  • Report to area manager and assist in implementing operational improvements
  • Maintain outlet hygiene, safety, and compliance with company SOP

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or F&B store supervision (bakery experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Willing to relocate or rotate among outlets as required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
