  • Assist in developing and implementing annual training plans.
  • Coordinate and track training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
  • Support internal development programs such as mentorship and job rotation.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and festive celebrations.
  • Maintain training records and prepare related reports.
  • Assist in asset and inventory record management to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in training coordination, operations, or administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
  • Able to work at Sedenak, Johor.
