We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mobile Game Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our mobile games, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with various teams i.e 2B operation, 2C operation, Marketing, Medias to manage live operations, monitor game performance, and enhance the player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Game Operations:

  • Coordinate and manage in-game events, promotions and updates.
  • Monitor game performance and player engagement metrics in our platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any live operation issues promptly.

2.     Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse game performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize game features and player retention strategies.

3.     Player community Support:

  • Collaborate with community team to engage and interact with players
  • Develop and implement specific strategies to enhance players engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage community interactions on social media and other platforms.

4.     Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the development, marketing, and product teams to align on game updates and strategies.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different departments.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide input on game development and feature prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of Chinese, English, and Korean (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in multilingual communication or regional coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
