We are looking for a people-driven and business-minded Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will act as the bridge between employers and jobseekers — helping companies build great teams and helping candidates discover meaningful careers.

This role combines talent search, client management, and project coordination. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, from manufacturing and engineering to technology and services.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the recruitment process — from understanding client requirements to delivering successful hires.
  • Identify and engage talents through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring both sides enjoy a smooth and transparent experience.
  • Advise clients on hiring strategies, market insights, and salary benchmarks.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and present recommendations professionally and persuasively.
  • Coordinate interviews and offers, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Track progress and maintain accurate recruitment reports in internal systems.
  • Contribute to business growth by maintaining client trust and exploring new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • At Least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or people operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
  • A proactive and organized personality — someone who takes ownership and delivers results.
  • Able to balance people skills with business sense; confident in managing expectations on both sides.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and AI tools (ChatGPT, Lark, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, Fastjobs, CRM, etc.).
  • Fresh graduates who are fast learners and naturally engaging are also strongly welcome to apply.
