Provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics team to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse activities, documentation, and shipment processes. Assist in data entry, record keeping, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.

Education: Minimum diploma in any related field

Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operation preferably in MNC environment

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manages the shipment and receipt of all products.

  2. Perform Goods Receipt (GR) for invoices from freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.

  3. Track, traces and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

  4. Prepare, update, and maintain records in systems such as AMOS or SAP for incoming and outgoing parts

  5. Perform tracking and tracing functions and assist in the daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications.

  6. Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ freight forwarders on day to day issues, order planning to meet customer's shipment delivery / collection requirements.

  7. Collaborates and communicates with customer service representatives, service providers and others involved in the shipment and received of products.

  8. Raising Technical Assistance for forklift services and subsequently booking Service Order once provided by procurement team.

  9. Archiving K1 and K2 documents for record system management as well as compiling the K1 Listing Number in monthly basis.

  10. Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

Other requirements (Advantages if you have this skills)

  1. Dangerous good awareness.

  2. Good understanding in Incoterm 2025.

  3. Able to drive forklift.

  4. Any logistic related certification.

  5. Experience in managing logistics for aviation industry is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
