To strengthen its global presence, the company is establishing a new plant in Senai, Malaysia. Job Responsibilities​:​

  • Responsible for the production organization and management of the machining team, reasonably allocate personnel and equipment according to the production plan to ensure the smooth completion of production tasks.​
  • Strictly abide by process discipline, supervise employees to operate in accordance with process documents and work instructions, and ensure the quality of processed products.​
  • Do a good job in the daily management and training of team members to improve their operating skills and comprehensive quality.​
  • Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and repair of production equipment, timely report equipment failures and assist maintenance personnel in handling them.​
  • Control material waste in the production process, do a good job in work-in-progress management and inventory checking, and reduce production costs.​​
  • Implement safety production management systems, carry out safety inspections and hidden danger investigations to ensure the production safety of the team.​

Job Requirement​:

  • College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing and other related majors.​
  • More than 5 years of machining production experience and 3 years of machining team management experience, familiar with the performance and operation of various machining equipment, and have good communication skills and team management abilities.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm
Salary: Up to RM4000
