b)    Track order progress and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of products.

c)     Assist in supplier sourcing, qualification, and database maintenance; establish and maintain good supplier relationships.

d)    Maintain and organize purchasing records, quotations, and contracts.

e)    Understand relevant food regulations and import/export requirements to ensure compliance.

f)      Assist with daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, etc.)

g)     Manage product listings, pricing updates, and inventory records

h)    Support online marketing activities such as campaign uploads and product promotions

i)      Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors
