Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, and office administration.
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to speak and read (Mandarin) to support internal communication and documentation.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under guidance.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome (for internship/apprenticeship programmers where applicable).

Responsibility

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support·

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand basic hiring needs and timelines.
  • Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking documents.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing materials and assisting in new joiner orientation.

HR Operations Support·

  • Help maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.·
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and simple reports.·
  • Support leave management, attendance tracking, and handling basic HR enquiries.·
  • Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and performing general HR administrative tasks.

Payroll Support (Basic Assistance)·

  • Support the collection of attendance data and payroll-related information.·
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information at all times.

Office Administration Support·

  • Assist in daily office operations to ensure a smooth working environment.·
  • Help manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordination with service providers.·
  • Handle basic office documentation, filing, courier arrangements, and other administrative tasks.·
  • Support the planning and coordination of office events, meetings, and activities.

General Support·

  • Help prepare reports, documentation, and follow up on administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR or management team.
