JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide leadership and manage daily operational activities at the project site.
  • To supervise project work, ensure compliance with plan/drawing, ISO requirements and safety regulations.
  • To provide technical support required by client and other subcontractors.
  • To ensure compliance on company policy and procedures by team members.
  • To ensure good maintenance of company machineries/tools, office equipment & rented equipment.
  • To ensure tools and materials are adequate and sufficient for a smooth operation.
  • To monitor project costs and to verify sub-contractor progress and supplier billing.
  • To assist and prepare documents for tender submission during bidding process.
  • Assist in the recruitment process of general workers under permanent or contract.
  • Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of the progress claims reports.
  • To take charge and monitor the work progress, quality and productivity to meet project datelines.
  • Constantly review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
  • Understanding MEP term (Ducting, Piping, Cable) and basic design knowledge of Mechanical works.
  • At least 2 to 3 years' experience in MEP or Hook Up Project.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Proficient with visualization software such as AutoCAD.
  • Good proficiency in English and Bahasa both verbal and written.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate well with all levels of people.
  • Possess good leadership, problem-solving skills and accountable.
  • Willing to travel and work outstation when needed.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards will be added advantages.
