Role and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and induction for new hires.
  • Assist in payroll administration, including collecting and verifying attendance data, preparing monthly payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development activities, including maintaining training records, and assisting in evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Assist in organising company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Any other general office administration for the HR department including maintenance matters, housekeeping, purchasing, and etc.
  • Assist/handle any ad-hoc task assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Job Success Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Possess a high level of confidentiality, commitment and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of the Malaysian Labour Law / Malaysian Employment Act would be an added advantage.
