Job Responsibilities: -

  1. Achieve yearly set sales quota by company.
  2. To promote, increase awareness and market company's services and products to identified potential clients.
  3. Able to hunt, identify and secure new business opportunities, grow new logo and sell into new identified territory.
  4. Responsible to upsell end to end solution and services.
  5. Responsible to cross sell company overall product and services.
  6. Able to prospect, plan, develop sales strategies and activities to meet overall sales objectives.
  7. Maintain good business relationship and experienced with existing customers and prospects.
  8. Deliver key principal's set sales target.
  9. Responsible on key principal's engagement, relationship for better support to win more strategic projects/deals.
  10. Ensure and complete set KPI on certification from each key principal from time to time as per Business Partnership KPI.
  11. Monitor customer's AR and assist to follow up on payment.
  12. Ensure quality sales engagement and proposal.
  13. Ensure strong GP margin and meeting our set SGA percentage.
  14. Create and maintain a strong company image and branding at all time.
  15. Establish good relationship with the company's key principals and local partners.
  16. Responsible for new market penetration and developing net new customers.
  17. Work cross functionally to build strong relationships with key customers.
  18. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date awareness of competitors' activities.
  19. Timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecast reports and updates.
  20. Provide timely accounts progress updates.
  21. Responsible for Inquiry to Sales processing which includes preparation of quotations, proposals, tender participations, sales presentations, Service Order Form signed off, and PO/invoice preparation processes.
  22. Responsible in maintaining and updating the company's customer and prospect database.
  23. Coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all the functional departments in the company and, most specifically with Business Development and Finance.
  24. Plan with the Head of Sales to execute Go-to-Market sales strategy and closing strategy.
  25. Coordinate and to assist on market intelligence and competitor updates.
