1. PENGURUSAN LESEN & KEAHLIAN SYARIKAT

  • Menguruskan proses pembaharuan Lesen Agensi Persendirian KDN.
  • Menguruskan pembaharuan sijil keahlian PPKKM / PIKM.
  • Menguruskan permohonan lesen baharu, pembaharuan lesen induk, sublesen, Lesen C&U (personal & syarikat), pembatalan dan pertukaran senjata.
  • Menyediakan dan menguruskan semua surat-menyurat berkaitan persenjataan.
  • Menguruskan dokumentasi ISO 9001:2015 berkaitan lesen dan pematuhan operasi.

2. INSURANS

  • Menguruskan Polisi Insurans Syarikat (LONPAC).
  • Memantau GPA insurans untuk pengawal & Bodyguard.
  • Menyediakan dan menguruskan jaminan insurans & bon pelaksanaan untuk projek.

3. PENGURUSAN KURSUS & LATIHAN (CSG/CBG)

  • Pendaftaran pengawal di portal EPPKKM.
  • Menguruskan permohonan geran latihan HRDF & tuntutan semula HRDF.
  • Menguruskan keperluan kursus seperti Bond, Biometrik & kehadiran pengawal.
  • Koordinasi Kursus CSG/CBG untuk semua projek Kerajaan dan komersial.

4. OPERASI & BODYGUARD – PROJEK BAHARU

  • Menyediakan master checklist projek.
  • Menyediakan SOP & dokumen operasi projek.
  • Menyediakan borang masuk kerja pengawal, ID Pass, pas pelawat, surat makluman & biodata pengawal.
  • Menyediakan Surat Perlantikan & melakukan filing projek.
  • Memastikan setiap pos kawalan mempunyai SOP lengkap.

5. LOGISTIK & KENDERAAN

  • Menyimpan rekod semua peralatan logistik operasi.
  • Memantau penggunaan & penyelenggaraan kenderaan operasi.
  • Menyimpan rekod uniform pengawal keselamatan.

6. BAHAGIAN PENTADBIRAN OPERASI

  • Menyediakan semua surat menyurat (peringatan, amaran, tunjuk sebab, arahan operasi).
  • Menyediakan Surat Perlantikan Pengawal untuk semua projek, terutamanya projek kerajaan.
  • Menguruskan permohonan tapisan keselamatan KDN (Vetting).
  • Menguruskan fail peribadi pengawal keselamatan.
  • Mengemaskini rekod cuti, time sheet, master roster & dokumen gaji setiap bulan.
  • Menguruskan laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan Jabatan Operasi.
  • Menguruskan petty cash.
  • Menguruskan surat maklumbalas & komunikasi rasmi dengan pelanggan.
  • Memantau laporan clocking & pematuhan operasi di setiap pos.
  • Menyediakan minit mesyuarat jabatan keselamatan.
  • Menguruskan perkara berkaitan bon pelaksanaan & jaminan insurans projek keselamatan.
  • Menguruskan bayaran gaji tunai Buffer Guard.

7. RECRUITMENT PENGAWAL KESELAMATAN

  • Menyediakan iklan jawatan (Arm Guard / Static Guard / Bodyguard).
  • Menjalankan sesi temuduga bersama Pengurus Kanan.
  • Menyaring calon dan menyediakan laporan temuduga mingguan kepada HR.
  • Memastikan proses rekrut mematuhi syarat KDN & keperluan projek.

8. PENGURUSAN TENDER (GOVERNMENT & PRIVATE)

  • Menguruskan seluruh proses tender, dari carian sehingga penghantaran.
  • Menyemak peluang tender di E-Perolehan, SpeedSendago, Tender2U, SAP Ariba, Tender Selangor dan lain-lain.
  • Merekod semua tawaran tender seluruh Malaysia.
  • Menyediakan laporan mingguan aktiviti tender.
  • Memastikan kehadiran pegawai ke taklimat tender & lawatan tapak.
  • Menyediakan dan mengemaskini dokumen tender (fizikal & maya).
  • Memantau tarikh luput sijil MOF & sijil Bumiputera.
  • Menyemak status tender selepas bidaan (berjaya atau tidak).
  • Menghadiri lawatan tapak & taklimat tender (jika perlu).

9. JABATAN AKAUN

  • Menyediakan invois pelanggan bulanan.
  • Mengemaskini rekod kutipan bil.
  • Memastikan kontrak pelanggan sentiasa dikemaskini.
  • Menguruskan pendaftaran dan dokumentasi factoring bagi projek kerajaan.
  • Memantau perkara-perkara lain berkaitan akaun operasi.

10. KELAYAKAN / KOMPETENSI DIPERLUKAN

  • Diploma / Ijazah Sarjana Muda (minimum).
  • Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam pengurusan operasi keselamatan atau pentadbiran.
  • Kepimpinan yang kuat & kemahiran analitikal, organisasi dan interpersonal.
  • Pemahaman mendalam mengenai pengurusan dan pentadbiran di Malaysia.
  • Berumur kurang daripada 45 tahun.
  • Berpengalaman dalam pengurusan tender, operasi keselamatan & dokumentasi kerajaan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
