Our foundational and competitive edge lies in our **full fleet of owned and operated earthworks equipment* (including excavators, bulldozers, motor graders, compactors, dump trucks, etc.) *and heavy-duty haulage trucks for sand and aggregate*. We own substantial assets and know how to run them efficiently. Your Role & Mission:

End-to-End Project Leadership: As the core of our project division, you will have *full responsibility for the entire lifecycle of earthworks projects*. From technical solutions and cost budgeting to resource allocation, site execution, and final handover, you will be the primary person accountable for our project success.

Technical Problem-Solving & Cost Control: Leveraging your deep understanding of every phase of earthworks (from soil assessment, excavation planning, cut-and-fill balancing, access planning and site compliance), you will proactively identify and resolve all technical and managerial challenges in a *cost-optimal manner* that adheres to budget, ensuring project profitability.

Resource Integration & Operational Synergy: We particularly value and welcome you bringing your established industry resources.* You are encouraged to join alongside closely aligned partners (e.g., site supervisors, foremen) to rapidly form a high-efficiency team. This ensures your professional experience and operational methods can be seamlessly implemented and generate immediate value on our new platform.

Operations Optimization: Maximize the utilization of our company's equipment fleet through meticulous scheduling and maintenance planning to achieve the highest possible equipment availability and project profit margins.

We Are Looking For a Partner Who:

• Has a background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Must possess over 10 years of hands-on project management experience in earthworks within Malaysia*, with a thorough understanding of the local market, construction standards, and cost structures.
• Must have a demonstrable and verifiable network of industry resources* (such as long-term trusted equipment operators, subcontractors, material suppliers, and project pipelines) and a proven track record of independently leading and successfully delivering multiple complex earthworks projects.
• Is proficient in the entire process of earthworks projects—from estimation, bidding, and planning to close-out—and is especially adept at solving unexpected on-site issues through technical and managerial innovation within strict budgetary constraints.
• Has a strong results-oriented and ownership mindset, driven to get things done and done well, and seeks corresponding rewards.
