Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain internal company files, records, and electronic documents;
  • Assist in handling daily administrative operations to ensure an efficient office environment;
  • Accurately input and verify various company data to maintain information accuracy and timeliness;
  • Greet and assist clients, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional customer service attitude;
  • Follow up on customer orders, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure timely delivery;
  • Gather customer feedback and assist in improving service quality and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Possess own transport and be able to commute independently;
  • Responsible for accurate and efficient data entry;
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively plan and coordinate multiple tasks;
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
