Are you a hunter-type salesperson who thrives on closing deals and helping organizations grow through their people? AZEO, a leading Training and Talent Development solutions provider, is looking for a driven Sales Specialist to sell our corporate training, learning, and training solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell Training & Talent Development solutions including corporate training, leadership development, and learning programmes including e-learning.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build strong relationships with HR and training decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Occasionally coordinate on-site programs and events.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates or young professionals with relevant sales experience (corporate training/HRD a plus).
  • Highly self disciplined, motivated, results-driven, and competitive.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about learning, development, and helping organizations grow.
