An Asian Outlet Manager in a Halal restaurant oversees the daily operations of a food and beverage outlet that specializes in Asian cuisine while ensuring full compliance with Halal standards. This role blends operational leadership, cultural sensitivity and culinary knowledge to deliver an authentic and compliant dining experience.

Key Task:

  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations including kitchen, service, and cleanliness

  2. Ensure all ingredients are Halal-certified

  3. Prevent cross-contamination with non-Halal items

  4. Train staff on Halal handling protocols

  5. Hire, train, and manage staff performance and scheduling

  6. Handle guest feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels

  7. Monitor stock levels-and-source-Halal-certified suppliers

  8. Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales performance

  9. Enforce hygiene and food safety standards in line with Halal and local regulations

  10. Support campaigns, seasonal menus, and community engagement

Requirement:

At least 3-5 years in F&B or hospitality roles

Working experience:

  1. Experience managing Halal restaurant outlets.

  2. Prior work in Halal-certified restaurants or multicultural environments.

  3. Food safety & Halal certification knowledge.

Skills required:

  1. Deep understanding of Halal practices and Muslim dining expectations.

  2. Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a respectful, inclusive culture.

  3. Strong grasp of SOPs, kitchen workflows and service standards.

  4. Ability to resolve complaints and train staff in hospitality etiquette

  5. Budgeting, cost control and revenue analysis.

  6. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software and reporting tools.

  7. Ability to manage peak hours, staff turnover and evolving customer trends
