Junior Finance & Admin Executive

Job Purpose

The Junior Finance & Admin Executive under the PROTÉGÉ Programme is responsible for supporting daily finance and administrative operations of the Company. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure and practical experience in finance and office administration while developing professional skills in a structured work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Support

  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and basic financial documentation.
  • Support data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
  • Assist in tracking expenses, claims, and petty cash records.
  • Support month-end closing activities and basic report preparation.
  • Assist with filing and maintaining proper finance documentation for audit and reference purposes.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support including document filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and administrative inventories.
  • Support coordination of meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Support HR and Admin tasks when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office applications.
  • Good attention to detail, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,100.00 per month
