Job Purpose

Act as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and internal teams on facility-related issues. Handle service requests, ensure timely task resolution, and support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log, assign, and monitor maintenance requests in CMMS to meet SLA targets.
  • Support Operational Excellence (OE) Manager to achieve 95% first-time resolution and monitor KPIs.
  • Communicate updates, escalate issues, and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations.
  • Assist with payment updates, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage building/site issues, inspections, and maintenance records.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt response.
  • Support management reporting and team coordination between HQ and sites.
  • Use Asseto/work order/mobile apps accurately and assist in system improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk, call centre, or facility management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
  • Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 60 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
